CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - ROOM BOOKING
The Hosts, not LOCATIONTRIP, are solely responsible for honouring
any confirmed bookings and making available any Accommodations
reserved through the Site, Application and Services. If you, as a
Guest, choose to enter into a transaction with a Host for the
booking of an Accommodation, you agree and understand that you
will be required to enter into an agreement with the Host and you
agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions
associated with such Accommodation imposed by the Host. You
acknowledge and agree that you, and not LOCATIONTRIP, will be
responsible for performing the obligations of any such agreements,
and LOCATIONTRIP is not a party to such agreements and disclaims
all liability arising from or related to any such agreements.
Cancelling is as fast and easy as booking.
We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple
cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation
and fast refunds. All rooms listed in the location trip.com , will
be asset of hotels /resort/ home stays so they have their own
policies so before your booking , understand cancelation policies
of , that particular room.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your bookings using our website. You can also call
us on +91 7558 8598 82 to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount
will be credited to you within 7 working days.
Cancellations and Refunds in general
All rooms listed in locationtrip.com, will be the product of Hotels/Resorts/Homestays, so they have their own policies so before booking, understand cancellation and refund policies of that particular Hotel/Resort/Homestay.
- If you have changed your mind, after half an hour you made a booking, we do not charge the cancellation fee. The amount will be refunded within maximum of 14 days.
- If you cancelled the booking 24 hours or more prior to check-in time, Cancellation fees are free.
- If you cancelled the booking less than 24 hours to check-in time, you will be charged one night's booking charge.
- If you couldn't check-in , We may consider it as 'No Show' and you will be charged the full
